FAQ
Why did my order get cancelled and refunded after I placed it?
At Forever Good we do not willingly accept purchases that are considered "high-risk sales" within our payment system. If your order is flagged as high-risk you will receive an email from us requesting purchase verification/order number and some sort of identification to verify the purchase. Upon us receiving your information, your order will be processed and shipped out to you. If we do not hear a response within 18 hours of the purchase then your order will be cancelled and refunded. See our refund policy for further details on refunds.
Why was my order flagged as high-risk? How can I avoid this?
Our payments run through an external payment processor that we do not control. So we are obligated to respect their regulations for purchases, and we have no control over what orders get flagged. Some things that may lead to this flag in the payment system may include, but not exclusively: payment with a credit card that is flagged stolen, billing address that is a significant distance from shipping address, multiple payment attempts, billing address does not match the credit card address, etc.
Don't worry! Your order may still be processed even if it is flagged as high-risk, we will just need to collect some information from you and order conformation via email before we process your order. Those instructions are listed above in our FAQ section.
